Jonah Flynn reached a confidential settlement in a “first of its kind” work injury lawsuit arising out of an explosion at a cannabis extraction facility. The plaintiff was burned in a flash fire at the facility, and pursued claims under the Oregon employer liability law (ELL), which requires certain employers and premises owners to implement safety standards at jobsites.
